Each account must be linked to a valid email address and unique identifiers. Keep your password, authenticator codes, and recovery info private. Sharing credentials or authorizing others to play on your account compromises security and risks suspension.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. L2Gold will not be liable for losses that result from leaked credentials, weak passwords, or sharing your login data.
In-game services, Gold Coins, and other premium offerings are subject to separate pricing. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy. We do not store payment credentials; those are handled by our payment partners. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Charges may be declined if the transaction violates our fraud protections. We reserve the right to suspend purchases or revoke previously granted premium services if abuse or suspicious activity is detected. The item store, rates, and services can be updated without prior notice.
You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or communicate through our platforms. Respect copyright and intellectual property rights when streaming, sharing clips, or discussing the project.
Per the Rules, refrain from posting offensive content, spam, or promotions for other servers. Report issues through official channels instead of public accusations.
L2Gold may change, update, suspend, or remove services at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from gameplay or third-party interference.
These Terms of Use are governed by the same policies listed in the Privacy, Refund, and Rules documents. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
