Digital Purchases
Items, services, and Gold Coins purchased through the official shop are delivered instantly or within a short period after successful payment. Check the account name carefully before confirming a purchase and keep your transaction receipt.
After delivery, a transaction is considered final unless a verified technical issue prevented the purchased service from being delivered. Refund decisions are made by the Administration after reviewing the specific case.
Non-Refundable Items
- Account registrations and character services after they have been delivered.
- Gold Coins, auction fees, and in-game benefits after delivery.
- Trades, auctions, or services that were confirmed by the account owner.
- Bonus codes, event rewards, and promotional items unless a verified staff error occurred.
Refund Request Process
Contact the official support channel within five days of the charge. Include your account name, transaction ID, purchase details, and a clear explanation of the problem.
The Administration will investigate and reply after reviewing the payment and delivery records. If approved, the refund or equivalent store credit will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Contact support before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may lead to account suspension and removal of purchased items.
L2Gold cooperates with payment processors to verify claims. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, the account may remain restricted until the balance is restored.
