Can I purchase gear for my characters?
No. The project does not sell finished character gear. Check the current server information and shop rules for the services and rewards that are available.
My activation email has not arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the message is still missing, use the account recovery options in the Account Panel or contact the official support team through Discord.
Is multiboxing allowed?
Multiboxing is allowed only within the limit announced for the active server. Coordinated PvP, abuse of multiple accounts, or behavior that creates an unfair advantage can be punished under the Rules.
